There are two parts to this assessment:
1) Inventory the life skills that can be leveraged during the rewiring process, and
2) Identify potential trigger that cause you to overeat. We can then work together to identify the underlying beliefs that fuel those behaviors. By replacing dysfunctional beliefs with life enhancing beliefs we have a higher likelihood to change the overeating behaviors.
This Life Skills Assessment helps us to identify not only the triggers but also track our progress as we experience recurrent successes and build these necessary life skills.
